Great pictures! Looks like you all had so much fun! I have only been out once this season with the kids. It is not my thing but it ends up being fun so I really should do it more often.

Kate is so cute and such a sweetie! Yeah, Avery's recital is Sunday night. They do a separate one for the younger kids too. The big one is on Saturday and it is several hours long. Yikes. We paid $50 for her costume and I am totally with you on something not so crazy and expensive would have been just perfect. Oh, well. Avery is excited because it's fancy! : )

I am totally in love with this, Alyssa. You did an amazing job. I don't know if I could have ever figured out how to make that cover so perfectly fit to the stool. Love the black & white and that bird silhouette is the perfect touch! Beautiful.

Thanks for the tutorial. I'm on a hair accessory making spree, and this is great. I love using the hair ties instead of elastic of something. Looks much nicer.
